best performance upgrades

What are the best performance upgrades you guys can think of? Including both power ad handling, without putting a turbo in it

Arggg. This has been done to death.

Basically, Intake, Exhaust (including extractors), ecu, Port and Polish and Throttlebody in that order.

      Can we just add a sticky to the Technical | Performance area?

      AND THEN...

      Add a sticky to every other area pointing to that link in the Technical | Performance area so that the newbs find it easy enough?

      What are the best performance upgrades you guys can think of?
      1. Learning how to use the search button

      2. Learning to read the thread you posted previously

      Just not sure what these mods would cost. Certainly seems to be a demand though.
