Wiring kits.

Post by Rambo »

ok so im at the step now where i have to decide where i go with wiring kits? 2ch,4ch(what does this mean)?, what brand, lower price= less quality.

ive heard the wiring can be the most important part of a good system.

i got offered couple times now by jb hi fi, both times i bought my amps a audio line amplifier wiring kit worth $120, i declined. ive had my eyes at kicker wiring kits(pricey) but i thought to be on the safe side as all speakers and amps are kickers, also means i extend the warranty :)

any other wiring kits you guys have used and get your moneys worth?

Save your cash...

Buy your wiring from Jay Car... Get all gauges of wire you need... Would say a 0 to 4 gauge should do for your power.. Then get all your other wiring.. Grab a fuse box... Use 1 fuse per amp.. Get a ground distribution block and a good set of RCA's...

Then spend the money u saved on booze...

How many speakers you running...??? And does this include a sub???
I just had to add it ......

I'm looking at a 4GA kit from AeroPro. $80 from Soundmaster in Granville but Ryda will pricematch if they're easier for you to get to. It comes with amp wiring, ground wiring, speaker wiring, fuse, fuse holder, all of the end connector bits... I just can't recall if it comes with RCA connectors or not..
