amp up the 6.5" or 6.9" ?

i recently installed my subs and a brand new head unit this week, my next job is to replace my 6.5's and buy another amp either for the 6.5's or 6.9's?
when i do connect an amp what else do i need? another set or leads?

Depends on your speakers
Y not just buy a 4 channal and amp them both ?
U will need ground wire pos wire remote wire rca cables fuse fuse holder think that's bout it off top of my head


I prob should put my sub and amps in my car there just getting stuffed out in the shed

cause i've had a amp and sub from my first car so all i really need is another amp
and my first amp was only two channels lols
so yeah pretty noob still with my audio but gettin better

In my old corolla I had 1 sub 6 speakers 3 amps 1 mono and 2 2chs fronts had 2 speakers per door

No 3 amps
1 mono
2 two channal

My mono is underpowered for the sub though its only 600rms and the subs 2000rms

Are you sure it was 2000 watt RMS?

That sounds more like the peak power.

Dont amp the 6.9's if they are in the back, amp the fronts.

nar its a hcca 12inch orion can look up the stats if you want its 2000rms and 4000peak its way to big for the fto though

No you should use a 4 chanel amp and be amping ALL the speakers
