What do you mean switch
As in need them switched over or as in a power switch ?
Should be easy to install depending on the bracket and how it mounts

Or do you mean a switch that allows you to bypass the unit?

If grounding the handbrake wire doesn't work, this should.

I bought that switch when I was having my Pioneer AVH-P4250DVD installed, but it turned out it wasn't needed because it was an Australian model so it didn't have the bypass protection the US model had due to different laws.

grounding the handbrake wire

^^^^ This should solve your problem in 99% of cases.
