Carmate Front Bar

Post by Earthbornseven »

I know that carmate hasn't got the best reputation but do any of you guys have any photos of this bar fitted and painted at all?
Carmate Link
I kinda like the look of it but just want to see it at different angles before i make any decision.

Also what are your guys opinion on the bar?
I think its a vast improvement then my current veilside bar.

Kermut had one...

I'm considering getting a carmate bar, fitting it, and then just strengthening it where needed and perfecting it before painting. Can't be that card considering I pretty much created half a Veilside bar from raw fiberglass...

I'd get Dwayne's bar but yeah... You, Sahin, Vectose, Dwayne, Bennoz, Kiz, BJK... You all have that bar  I want something that not everyone has, that doesn't look f**king retarded, and that doesn't involve having to fork out like an extra $500 for a facelift rheo, fog and indicator set hahaha.

It doesnt matter jack, its the only decent available aftermarket bar. Other than a project f or just a standard facelift bar.

This, It should have been the factory bar

It just works perfectly with the lines of the car, so who cares who has it!

Speaking from being the only person in the country with it....

I'll need to have my mind made up and a bumper landed in 4 weeks unless I want to wait until after christmas to fix my fast deteriorating car up

My bottom lip fell off the front bar other day, sh*t's everywhere :?

And what's wrong with HKS? Not too dramatic, won't cost me $1000 to do... I have a budget of $450 for the front bumper

I think the main problem with the hks would be finding one without paying a ridiculous amount for shipping, but I do love that bar as well
