It scares me when people pay more in tax than I earn in a year. 8O

  was thinking 235/40 or 225.. Are they going to be stretched on 10" rims? Which most respectable tyre places won't do, or will they be fine?

Tbh the least you'd want to do is a 235. And I reckon most of your run of the mill shops won't fit even that for you. (worth asking though I suppose). I'd be inclined towards something a bit bigger personally on a 10". 245 or 255 maybe, depends on price with what aspect ratio. But you can get 265/35 for not an excessive amount more than a 235/40. (at least from one tyre list at a place local here)

That's not true, most places would stretch a 235/40 on no problem.

I run a 215/35/18 on front and 225/40/18 on rear and I have 10" all round. Depends on your wheel design though on how easy they bead up.

Its more to do with f**king clearance. Although, now that I know it only takes 335 tyres to become a man, I'll keep it in mind.

Rego isn't ever going to be a problem for me lol I've had the highly illegally modded hilux & the Vz pass blue slips without looking at them. Can also get any defects cleared for a small price.
I will be looking at get everything engineered though, when it comes closer to getting license back.

Clearance still would've been fine on a 235 though, but whatever floats your goat.
