S'all good...

Can I ask, how you went in getting me a purple filter?

How long do you think delivery will be, and any word on the strut brace?

Can somebody explain or even better take a picture, of how the bracket for the filter is supposed to be setup. Cause I cant seem to get mine to reach the screw holes with the pipe attached.

You will have to ring UAS and tell them to pull their finger out before they will send it... and make sure to tell them to send the snorkle as well if you ordered one
LED ALL the things.

I am a fairly patient person and realise these things take time especially when delays with suppliers are concerned. (doesn't anyone believe in good service anymore?)

But I agree 5 months after the initial payment is starting to stretch things a bit :( .........although my strut brace arrived the following week. :D

Out of interest for future orders, what's the turn around time for the other products been like?

Cheers

I missed out on the group buy, but I sent about 1grand over, 3 months ago, for the CAI kit and Titanium Strut brace..

So in essences I paid, extra because I missed out on the group buy (didn't have my fto at the time) and i'm in the same boat as everyone else...

More so, there hasn't even been a hint on the strut brace....

Timmy D,

I wouldn't feel rude about calling them....
Or think, you shouldnt have too...

The fact is some people only respond to this, and if you just expect it to arrive, chances are you will have to wati even longer...

so if I was you I would call them (every day if need be) as its not your fault and you have paid...let them know your not happy that you have had to wait so long

ask for it to arrive within a week or you want your $$ back...

thats what I think anyway

the titanium strut braces havne't arrived... i'll arrange for the CAI kit to be sent to you immediately and we'll sort something out for the strut brace...

I rang them on monday about mine. They said that it'd be leaving this week. Is this really the case? It hasnt bothered me so much the last 3 months coz i havent had a licence, but i get it back next week. I want it now! Im also interested in the exhaust front pipe. If this product is still available, is it going to take this long too?
Coming soon....FTO on its guts... <IMG src="http://www.ftoaustralia.com/modules/htmlarea/images/em.icon.cool.png" align=absMiddle border=0>

jez the delays were caused by the guys doing the rubber extrusion... there is only one place in sydney that does CHEAP small runs (to give you an idea most places won't do a run that has less than 500 in the order and they consider that small - we only wanted to do 15 at a time)... unfortunately this place is pretty slack and it took them ages to do based on the order quantity... my apologies to all those who had to wait so long.. we did try to hurry these guys up but for between 1/2 to 1/4 the price other people were going to charge there really wasn't another option

There are now plenty of black and red in stock so there won't be any delays for future buyers..

there is ONE engine pipe in stock at the moment.. once that's gone there will be more made once orders are placed...they don't take that long to make so if they aren't in stock it should only add a few days to the ordering.

It's Tuesday, the 21st now, has the CAI kit, been sent yet? When do you think i'll see it?

As for the strut brace, I'm happy to wait, I'm just looking for some idea, of when I mite be able to expect it.

Steve: We understand, you went to a lot of trouble to organise all these group buys, and it must get rather annoying, being constantly barraged with "where is it" type questions, but all we really want to see/hear is that progress is being made.

Thanks, I hope to hear back soon..
