Its just the power out put. The 55w hid kits are much more powerful and brighter

It would work out cheaper to do the full kit as the ballasts from the suppleir by themselves are £35 which is $54

Hey guys, has anyone else had problems with these? - I've already contacted FTO Works, I'm just curious as to whether a lot of people are having the same problem or if I got a dud.

The driver's side bulb was the first to start playing up, then the passenger's, then both. The driver's side comes on most of the time, but the passenger's just flickers and turns off again.

Make sure the wires in the plugs havent come out. Check em all had two kits that i thought were dead but it was just the wires in the plug.

If all that is good, sounds like your ballasts mate...but doubt that'd be the case on brand newies.

The supplier has said it sounds like the ballasts are not getting enough power to them from your battery as the chances of two ballasts going in that space of time is never heard of.

I would try and get your battery tested mate, or borrow someones battery just to test :)
