If you should completely run out of luck - and I mean 'completely' run into a brick wall. I will do ONE seat for you... and show you how to do it. It took me 16 hours to my whole car & it destroyed for fingers :x

Its not all that hard you just need patience

apparently a G-Trim is really popular amongst show cars down there.

and unless you live a couple of hours out of the CBD, I'm sure there's bound to be one near ya. :)

Anyone selling / giving away their old seat covers?

I need to replace my front seat covers (mainly the drivers one).

I'm in Melbourne, but willing to pay postage if interstate.

Thanks

The seats are really easy to remove....all you need is a decent socket set and there are (if I remember correctly) 4 bolts underneath each chair which bolt the chair to the chassis. Once these are undone the chairs lift out....you will also need to unclip the wire from the drivers chair which is located right next to the seatbelt as it is the sensor wire for the sealtbelt warning light on the dash. Should take you any longer than 10 minutes to get both chairs out.

Are the standard front car seat covers one piece or two? Is the top section seperate to the bottom seat section or are they joined together?
