Could someone please help me out identifying the gear boot setup here. I'm not quite sure what's going on. Is it a tip surround with the leather attached underneath?

This is what us sexy manual blokes need.

SG the upper bit is a stick on. and chris yes u can get cf laminated sheets with 3m glue on one side. they arent very thin to go around the upper console though. i picked up a few sheets to muck around and they dont flex too well. u could get a sheet to go over the climate control bit to match the lower console in cf. take a look at the pic

You can buy CF in a "contact" like form, no idea where from though.

Guys... Im sry to say but theres a dilemma.

My supplier rang me today, and he told me that only 5 surround have been sent out today, and the rest will be sent out late next week...

The surrounds which were clear coated took a bit longer than expected by the panel shop - hence the delay, and he has left for Japan on a business trip today (Thursday) for one week.

He had instructed the panel shop to send them out to you guys, but out of quality assurance, I have discussed this with my supplier and have come to a conclusion this will not be accepted because I/we dont want any dodgy surrounds (god forbid...) to be sent to u guys.

Please be patient and bear with me for another week

However, 5 of the surrounds are on their way to u lucky people, but which 5 people will receive them first u ask?

I have no idea lol

* and i cant get to him cos his on a plane enroute to Japan right now! BUHZ *

Sry to those who will be waitinig another week longer.
