Sounds good, try and find out how it's going to be installed (ie. will it still use factory clip locations?).

I know a few ppl would be interested in these on the UK site, I would. Is there going to be another GB on this and if so let me know and I'll post an EOI thread on the UK site (need to find out about postage though), cheers

Nobby - Hi

I doubt there'll be another GB on this in AUS. However, if there is enuff interest in the UK, I can always speak to my supplier and see what he says.

...postage will be a hassle though :?

hey ken, pack em all together in one big box and send them thru sea freight. cost me 400$ to send a bonnet to jay. should be cheaper than that for say 20 -30 surrounds.

Kz. Went down to my supplier today and trialed fit the surround, and checked out the mould etc etc.

everythings going good. heres a rough/trial cf surround - hence why its not polished and does not have the hole yet (thought ill tell u guys that before u all bite my head off).

in another few days the final product will be done and by end of next week, it should be sent out to u guys.

as to how it will fit:

the top 2 clips will exist and goes into your factory holes. the bottom part will require double sided tape so its stable. i trialed fit it without the tapes and it sits fine.

However for those who drive manuals i found out that theres no place to screw your leather bit back on like the factory ones, so u might have to glue it or something (Im sure doubled sided tape will work wonders as well lol).

Tiptronic/auto will have no problems.

As for other CF parts:

Top centre console is impossible

Door Cups [/b]can be made with minor adjustments

****************

Depending on how much interest I can get for door cups, I can get em made. Again, I will need at least 5min interest in order for this to happen.

Price: $80 a pair
Postage: TBA

If possible I'd like mine without the cigarette hole, and clearcoated (you know, so it's shiney). Let me know. Looks really good at this stage but! I'm impressed.

Personally I think it looks better without the cigarette lighter hole.

Any chance we can just leave it out? It's not like I smoke or anything. 8)

Kz... lol... I just spoke to my supplier and he said thats fine.

But what I now need is if u want NO HOLE, tell me NOW!!!

List your names here and write next to it hole or not:

So Far:

1. Bucket (no hole)
2. Scarecrow (no hole)
3. TimmyD (with hole)

please get your name here ASAP otherwise I will assume that u will want the hole.

U got 2 days to tell me (Sunday the latest guys)!

And yes scarecrow, the final product will look all shiny/polished -blinged blinged lol. 8)

Thanx

- Ken

PS: I will list another EOI/Group buy for door cups late next week (so that this one is out of the way first) - so please be patient
