thats the only download and its 360 kb... I think its only an update...

I'd start off by downloading the earliest version first and seeing if that works

Yep, then do the updates one at a time till you match the version on the box.

Is it plugged into the car? If it isn't f**k it off on gumtree like I did, because they are worthless

well the wires are connected and the light comes on, but no idea if its wired properly

Not sure if my guy can tune e-manage either, think he mainly does microtech and haltech although I'll find out. Is there a hand controller for these or purely PC controlled?

Pc only. There is a controler on unit for air ratios but widley inaccurate pc only way to go

Nope ultimate does though. Install is simple enough just need ecu pin out for vehicle going into

Installation of piggyback will be difficult as I don't have a wiring diagram for my ECU and I didn't install it..
