What a day of boring drive and exciting drive! Glad to see my ride came back in one piece with no damages. Got a few close calls, nearly got out of control but iin general, a great day for me.

Was checking some videos for the morning sessions and i clocked 1:20.5 I know it slow man....for a near stock GPX manual.
I've yet to check the video for the afternoon session. maybe theres a faster laptime.

In the street catagory, there were
turbo rx8 with 13B rotor engine,
twin turbo supra,
mx5 with supercharger,
a stock looking mx5 (but still freaking fast)
turbo 180sx (retired due to shocks damage)
turbo 180sx
turbo S15 (heating problems)
Integra typeS (crap tyres)
350GT

as i have predicted. im the slowest on the straights.
But the corners is a different story. I seemed to be able to catch up with 1/2 of the packs.

I heard theres someone with a turbo FTO went to wakefield yesterday....who is it?

stock FTO would be a struggle i agree.

but cornering speed is what we can focus on. better shocks, semi slick and LSD will be of great help.

That's a sweet camera. How did you mount it?

Just a universal suction mount at the front windscreen. I want to find a good place to mount it at the back next time so it can record the driver as well.

For those experts out there... Any comments on my laps?
