I got quoted $600 for new compressor including clutch and pulley. You can't refurbish your clutch/ameture, that's just like saying I got my brake pads refurbished

Hope this is in the right spot guys.

Im trying to track down the rear upper arm on a 96 model. The one that runs from inside the wheel to the body. All parts shops dont seem to have them listed.
Only ones I can find on ebay are from united kingdom.

Anyone know where I can purchase them from?

Thanks for any advice or direction

What part number did you get? I got MR197604.

If it's just the bushes that are ragged out, you can replace those on their own as well.

Yep thats the same part number I got.

It is just the bushes but haven't been able to find them either.

Hopefully get some time tomorrow morning and do some chasing with the OEM number and see how I go.

Or you could upgrade to a Walbro ITP257. Direct replacement fit, not that expensive.

Thanks guys I found one at Aussie autos in Goodna that fits a lancer a galant and some holdens and toyotas. It looks exactly the same from what me and the parts guy at the shop could tell. I've got my mechanic coming at around 430 to attempt to install it as I'm not game lol poor girls parked outside supercheap battery's gone dead with the windows down got the salvos looking after it :/

Valve Adjustment Screw - Collet and Shim ONLY!

      Part number: MD180514

You can't use the screw due to incorrect length and thread since it's from the 4D series engine. But if you are looking for replacement plastic collets or lost shims which are prone to getting brittle and breaking I found a supplier at a good price:

http://www.kowze.com is their website but they are a trader on alibaba.com

The company is happy to trade outside of alibaba if you add them on Whatsapp they usually respond quicker. They will issue you a pro-forma invoice and you can pay via Paypal. The price will depend on the quantity you are buying......remember there's 24 of these in a MIVEC engine. I paid $1 USD per item and shipping cost $25 USD. They landed roughly 1 week after I made the payment.

They are a Mitsubishi parts supplier so I'm curious what else they may have.

Dias has left the company so our new contact is Jesse

Does anyone know where to get a replacement aircon condenser to suit 1994 FTO
Looked up the japanese suppliers and its listed as no longer manufactured. Was told Lancer does not fit.

Where are you based? I've got a couple of spares. God knows if they're 100% air tight, but they're straight.

QLD Ive just found out the one fitted has the pipework modified so need to have an aftermarket condenser fitted with same modification. Ive got two others that still have original condensers fitted but havent been tested yet. Really was looking to buy new. There is a japanese supplier that will supply once they have enough orders, next run to manufacture is february 2022.
      Thanks for the response.
