Aftermarket Replacement Parts

Post by dstocks »

OK, Figure that this topic should have been created as a sticky ages ago. I keep getting asked for belt part numbers and things like that. Feel free to correct them if they are wrong.

Nice work, I had been thinking about doing something like this for awhile but was too lazy.

 Actually, thats precisely why I did it. Too lazy to keep answering the same question. Can never remember the numbers, so always have to search. Just got sick of it in the end.

I have a whole of gasket numbers but they are on the other pc. I'll see if I get some time this weekend to extract them.

        Hey Guys,

Now the proud owner of a 98' GP version R and amongst the things already done to it i'm looking for a nice spoiler/mags/metallic paint job etc etc - the usual aftermarket stuff.
I know of very few reputable places but is there any good places in SE QLD, near Brissie or the likes that anyone here knows that is awesome for this kind if stuff, or are they all just really the same for quality >.^

        Cheers guys,

Just letting you guys know Permaseal do a rocket cover kit for the GR model (not sure if it is same for the GPX) cheap compared to everywhere else I have seen.

So 2 x Rocker cover gasket and 6 x Spark plug tube seals for $75.00 at their resellers.

Dirty cheap imo. Part number is RC3022k.

Ben, this seems to be wrong.

Just got my 95 GPX tip's tranmission oil replaced along with the filter.
My mechanics ended up using the Repco SFS 448 Auto trans filter as the Z411 is the wrong filter.

        Cheers.
