I've changed the O2 sensor and made changes to the emanage (put in -30 for 0 throttle and rpm of 0 and 1000) and I thought all was ok as I've just been for a drive to test it out and it was behaving itself until I parked back on the drive, all was fine with the AFR for maybe 30 seconds at idle and then there was like a click (which I may be imagining) and then AFR went to 10:1, it really is like something is flicking a switch.

So what next?
a) remove the emanage for now to try to rule that out (I did the wiring so could be that)
b) put the 166 injectors back in?

Create another map so you don't stuff up the existing tuned map.

Remove the injector conversion and account for the fuel difference in the injectors manually in your fuel map, start with say subtracting 60 from your existing figures. Then start it up and let it idle for a while, adjust at idle until you get closed loop. Then maybe take it for a gentle run, come back and monitor.
