Nahh becos both the speedos on both clusters aren't moving, and they both worked before... So it's the sensor?

Test the sensor, the instructions are in the manual. The test requires you to turn the gear While hooked up to a multimeter.

I'm betting on a harness issue which you can also test and instructions are also in the manual.

Well yeah it did go at that time

Explain more please? I could of easily done this. But wouldn't that mean I'd have no reverse signal and beep beep

I'm not sure tbh. That's the only wiring I was aware of that was needed with a manual conversion. Could you of possibly needed a manual ECU?

It has to be something simple. I don't get why I would have to test the sensor. It works,It's brand new and I've tried two others.
Ben, will the car start and run if I swap out the manual Ecu for the auto one to see if it works?

There are no manual or auto ECU's. They are all the same except for mivec vs non mivec and slight changes over the years.

Auto FTO's have an additional ECU for the transmission.

Actually. There is a different main ECU for traction control models. I know this as I put a "standard" ECU in mine and traction control did not function. Put "TCL" ECU back in, traction control functioned

And I was told to swap the ECU's when doing the conversion by a few, from memory.

Yesterday It kept blowing fuse 3 when I put it into rever.... Input and output shaft speed sensor... So that's the one on the back of the gearbox yeah? Why would reverse be causing it to blow :|

Did you use your auto loom? Did you hook up the two wires that turn your reverse lights on properly?
I fix cars.
