As per what Rob posted. Oh & you'd already know that if you read the instructions that come with your BCs ;)

No way! I read it twice and read it again just now after checking your post... nothing there says its already set at proper preload. Unless you mean this line: 'BC's shock absorbers are designed and produced according to the dimensions of initial factory'. :)
I even got new reading glasses now!! :P

All good with the rears, they are in, no dramas, will put the front ones in tomorrow, and then the camber and toe arms.

I'll scan & highlight the section when I get home. They do not use the word 'preload'

Under 'How to adjust ride height'. "If unnecessary or unchange spring length, please don't lossen and move pallet F" ?
F being the locking nuts below the spring. That part? :)

how to disconnect the brake line from the front shock tower...the thing won't budge...thought it was a clip which slides in between and holds it in place?

    Well so far:

    Camber and Toe arms done
    Rear coilovers done
    Front right coilovers done
Sanded bits of underbody rust and sprayed tons of fish oil anti rust (this took some time)

    Left to do:

    Front left coilover
    Rear control arm
Rear whiteline swaybar (should arrive by 1st week of jan or so)
Front and rear droplinks (should arrive same time as the whiteline bar)
Rear trailing arm bush (most likely i'll give it to a mechanic for this)
Front control arm bushes and ball joints (same, going to a mechanic)
Outer CV... not sure if I can do this on my own, will check workshop manual
    Tie rod ends
    Front sway bar bush.
    Upper engine mounts.

    whew :)
Am working throughout the holidays so can only work on the car for couple of hours after work each day. :\

Lol yeah found it that night. :) I thought that was normal instruction given to not use the preload for changing ride height, so brain skipped that part for the first couple of reads :P
