Yeah I'm looking at it now but its just confusing for my small brain.

I'm just going to replace my throttle body, I have a spare.

TPS swapped and adjusted to lowest idle point.. idle screw also adjusted as low as possible.

Still idling at 2,000rpm, do I need to reset the ECU?

Loosen tps attach pin 1 & 3 (idle switch) to an ohm meter. Slowly turn tps anti clockwise until there's not continuity and tighten.

I was woken this morning by what sounded like a giant rice bubble exploding.

I now know it was the sound of Daniels brain after he read your post Payaya.
