Rubber Seals Coming Undone

Rubber Seals Coming Undone
Nothing major at the moment, but the seals to the car seem to not want to stay put anymore. The front rubber seal at the bottom of the windscreen is starting to come off, and the seals near the door windows also seem to want to come off now. Does anyone know what I should do about them? Is there some sort of sealant spray I should use, or should I try and glue them back, or just replace them entirely? Any and all help is appreciated thanks!

Black silicone. Sticky and waterproof.
