Driveshaft Help

Post by ObsidianRadio »

Hey guys,

I have a snapped R/H driveshaft and I need assistance identifying which one I need as a replacement.

It's in the GPvR. That's all I know. The sooner I can identify the specific part, the sooner I can get it landed and the sooner I can continue racing fast and furious wannabes in the new car.

Thanks in advance! :)
Jack

What I mean is... The gearbox that went into that car, came out of my 3rd FTO (the original POS) that I bought from a bloke in western Sydney... it was a standard gpx...no lsd - the drive shafts were custom to suit the lsd that Steve (bushido) had put in that car...

This could be fun. Talk to your mate at driven motorsport?
There are two types of people on forums; those that give helpful advice, and the others

Ouch .. That's gotta suck ... But, should just be able to rip it out, get some measurements (still talking about the CV here), and you may find it is easy enough to order..
I just had to add it ......

Pull it out & measure it. There's only 3 types. Custom or not, hard to believe it would be anything but one of the 3.
