Leak on the small pipe left of engine

There's a small pipe running along the left of the engine. It's metal first..then goes into a rubber housing, and then a normal pipe. What's that pipe for? I saw the rubber mounting has cracked and there's some leak around the joint (where the pipe meets the metal pipe part near the rubber gasket).
The pipe is behind the big obvious metal and rubber pipe in the picture.
Not near the car, but here's a google pic.
Edit:
From the looks of it, its the power steering hose.
Should replace the whole hose I'd imagine? Part number?

You can get one made up locally, and will probably be cheaper.
I bought an original though, as replacement.
