Removing Cam Tray

Hi everyone,
I am in the midst of removing the cam trays from my MIVEC motor.
They are reluctant to move at all.
I found 1 hidden bolt behind the exhaust camshaft on the front bank of cylinders that was connected to a bracket that was preventing the cam try to come off, does anyone anyone know if there are more?
Also can I do the tappet adjustment without the cams (and even cam trays) in place?
From what I can tell it should not affect the adjustments and would mean I do not require any special tool, or to spin the motor each time to remove the load off the valves.
