Crap cut from Bennoz conversion - ask questions here!

So you want a hairdryer on your FTO? Or do you already have a hairdryer in it? This is the section for it. All other big power projects & forced induction goes here too.

Bennoz, Are you going to AWD your fto or convert to FWD?

Would the drivetrain from a Galant/legnum fit the FTO? I was thinking of doing an engine conversion and AWD and not sure which engine to use, either the 4g63 or 6a13tt.

I am in the process of starting the AWD conversion...

It is possible but there is quite a lot of fab work...

- Fuel Cell in boot
- Cut rear floorpan and weld in another one from a galant
- Weld up custom mounts
- Still dont know about the exhaust... going to be a hard one...
- Front cross members dunno about...

basically a lot of custom work

Would need custom mounting as it would need to be moved to where the exhaust fits...

would probably cost about the same as a fuel cell and be 10x more of a pain in the ass

You want to see this. evo 4 floor pan and engine and running gear welded into an fto with the roof cut off. The link should take you to the page with the EVO floor in!

I'll blue print it a little later guys. At the moment my focus is getting the car back on the road as I have no wheels.
