Unfortunately the workshop missed the pickup yesterday, so it will be leaving today. You'll get it tomorrow, sorry about all the f*cking around.

I've also PM'ed you a copy of the invoice (which you've already paid) for your reference.

If you have any problems with it let me know. If you cant get hold of me, just ring the workshop on the invoice.

Yep, thats right.

Mind you, they got plenty to keep them occupied before they even think about putting the motor in. Have they done the clutch & put the FTO gearbox on the motor yet? Or you just dropping off the car & a 6A13 on a crate?

Kinda off topic - Since so many people are interested in a turbo, why aren't people jumping up and down to buy kermut's one?

Are you keeping the stock front bumper on your car or swapping it for aftermarket to show off the FMIC? :?:

Came across this & thought it was pretty cool .. tis from an Elise turbo build
With the shroud all welded to it, I wanted the intercooler to look like it was supposed to be there, so like other parts, I painted it. This time I used the black wrinkle finish. As you can see from the pics, it looks OEM.[/quote}

this might be of interest as well;
To ensure all the oil and coolant lines never had a problem with melting, I used quite a bit of our PERRIN Pyroshield to cover everything. This cover is good to 2000 degrees, and keeps the internal hose under its melting point. This ensures that there will be no issues with hoses melting or blowing off.

^^^^^

Pyroshield stuff would be a must for some stuff, as well as braided lines ..

I might need to get some for my windscreen washer hoses .. they were just fixed up, but now they're melted through again.. :P
