Maybe there is something wrong with the fuse internally. It might be blown, however, because you shaken it maybe reconnected the loose wire.
my passenger side has only two cables?? Also theres nothing wrong with the fuse as i rested it with multimeter. Also tested to see if actuators are getting a current and nothing. So im lost to whats going on???

Anyone have ideas?

i'll take pictures of the wire im disconnecting and reconnecting. Its strang i hate electrics.
