So all stickers on cars means that the car legitimately has all the gear in the car? :troll:
it is poossible, but highly unlikely, with all the ricers running around today...

Went to City Toyota for a test drive last weekend.
Tested two version, the GT manual and GTS auto.

A few critics:
Front end is abit boring but might grow into it. But the GTS head light is much better as it have LED daytime running lights and xenon headlamps.
The red triangle between the reverse light is only a reflector...I thought its a brake light, which might look cool.
The boot is small and super shallow. furthermore, 1/3 of the sparewheel came sticking out from the base so theres no flat boot. Flimsy boot cover.
There are signs of rear seats, but only cater for those without legs. Even my fto have have rear passangers with some leg space.
The GT interior looks quite boring. really basic looking.
The ride is harsh as expected.
Power delivery is similar to our GPX...nothing much till hitting about 5k rpm.

The good stuffs:
The seats are super comfy and supportive. I went to check out the wrx before that and the seats were crap. no support at all whatsoever. They were even worse than our FTO seats.
Steering wheel is telescopic so can adjust to your optimum position.
The GTS especially have wonderful interior garnishes. Large orange "casio" like number displays for the aircon, etc. Even have digital display on the face of the analog speedo.
Every button is within reach, it is really a driver oriented sports car. You just feel like driving it all day!
The auto is very pleasant too. Can drive full auto, semi at the gearstick or pedal shifts. Very responsive too.
What i love most is the gearstick. super short throw!
Turning response is almost immediate.

Now the worse part is GT have 6months waiting period while GTS have a whopping 18months period!!! I wasnt thinking to buy but i saw quite a few asians booking the car at the showroom already!

Though you're probably correct.

Judging by the foliage, I'd say a Hoonda driver who isn't used to RWD...

It was a Kiwi, lol.

My boss took delivery of his blue BRZ (build no. 113) on Friday. He can't go over 4000rpm until its done 1500ks (he's up to 165 at the moment) then I'm going for a ride in it.

I'm sure they were probably making sure its safety features are functional, putting that 5 star ANCAP safety rating to the test.

every car maker says that...
btw... i did that with the zuk and i cant name a part on the motor that wasnt replaced (no really... i cant!)

i tend to agree with Draz's approach to breaking in cars (http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm)
