Finally the Toyota 86 is here!

Either way we cannot get one for at least another year anyway as there are no cars to buy (unless you import one for 64325 bazillion dollars - which defeats the purpose of the car)

Bit stupid if you ask me. Why f**k up perfect weight distribution with a f**ken heavy old 2J just for skids? Just boost the donk that's in there.

Well just got back from pulse .
The car is getting painted soon to look like the pics on the web site. In the way of mods it will not be a track car but they will be tricking it up with turbo and handling components and some other little bits and prices .

So over all it's going to be a fast little car.

Paul only got his last week and he got the subi one as it looks more sporty with different panels, it looks more like the LFA
When they finish with it I would say it will have a boot full of grunt.

they look great imo, its a poor mans lexus LFA really

could do with a bit more power i guess but theres so many parts in development for them, already seen a couple supercharger and plenty turbo kits in prototype that are close to retailing.

espec considering how light they are, its got potential to be quite a nice daily driver.

the only difference detween the two is the subi one has added some better paneling, wider and more sports looking.
Oh and there is price top of the line Toyota is $35500 and the subi is $38000.

But I actually think the 86 looks a tad more sportier and aggressive (mainly the front end) than what the BRZ does.

Saw an 86 outside autobarn in cannon hill yesterday, looked pretty sexy, old man jumped in it on his midlife crisis and sped away, was a nice dark blue - very similar to dwaynes kaze fender color
