compact eco boxes hold their value well.
Especially with todays petrol prices.

Having said that, they're still 10% of the value from new.

Give them a deadline. Tell them to stop f**king around and get it done, or you will be taking it elsewhere.

Why give an ultimatum, just take it elsewhere.
They might register it as having issues and decline it, so makes it harder next time.

Yep won't be going back. I went there because I knew he'd pass it for me no dramas (unless something was seriously fucked) but damn. Never again.

@ Matt - I will be using my ute for:

a) Sick drifties
b) Carting my project engine around
c) Carting other peoples gear around
d) More sick drifties
e) Delivering pizzas with ease!
f) Beer storage for parties
g) Chucking a tarp in to use as a pool in summer!

Deal, but it won't be a driveway skid, it will be up my street :D

So, you going to start shaving the side of your head now in prep for the mullet, or let it simply develop naturally.

Barina is now home and will be up for sale tomorrow.

I was charged $120 for a pink slip and to fix a non working brake light. The reason it wasn't working is because a little metal connector or something was rooted... which he replaced from a part from a wrecker, woulda been about $5. $35.70 for a pink slip and another $84.30 for a tiny little $5 plate to be replaced.

And also on my pink slip receipt -

Reason/s for failure:

1. Lights - Rule 106.02 a ii) Front park lights not working or damaged
2. Lights - Rule 106.02 a iii) Tail lights not working or damaged
3. Lights - Rule 106.02 a iv) Brake lights not working or damaged (The only one that was actually legitimate!!!)
4. Exhaust System - Rule 107.02 a) Component not secure
5. Windscreen Wipers - Rule 105.09 a) Wipers missing or inoperative
6. Brake controls - Rule 101.01 b) No anti slip surface on metal pedal (My pedals are f**king rubber...)

DAFUQ.

The car isn't unsafe. It legitimately passed the pink slip with just a brake light needing to be fixed. He just put the rest of the sh*t through not to look dodgy and over charged me for the light he had to fix.

Also nobody understood my title... I was implying that the barina is mightier than the mini! :(D):

No, for that sort of thing you should refer to Bennoz' original "mighty" thread
