I have one here Aza if you want. Brand new, sitting on the box for 12 months now, its yours if you want it.

Yep, it just didn't want to go. I want to double check my clutch alignment & have another go with the hoist.

In the mean time, check out the damage it did to my arm lol. Bruises will be up tomorrow!

But it stops, leaving a gap between the block and housing of about a cm..

Now look, big mr gearbox himself has gone SOFT !

He doesnt need a hoist for his car he's saying lol
he has a different engine after all

As did I, after 3fuking hours of a dodgy jack and trying to slot it in on my own

    Sounds good thanks. Just tally up the cost for the parts mate and I will fix you up for them.
    As for your arm, I have a matching arm as well. But my one is just cuts and scratches.

    I'm in for either day... Ben and I put his gearbox in by hand last time without much trouble so I'm fucked as to why aza had to be a pain in the arse!

    Yep, I've done half a dozen with just jacks. Annoyed at this one.

    Found my spare slave too Az. Don't throw out the old one, need to transfer the plunger pin.

      That may have been from the battery tray bracket. Took it out after about the 6-7th try to put the box in :(
