They aren't stock alloys, they're optional (quite uncommon actually) and they were off the black GR I bought off dstocks. We swapped the rims because I was replacing the tyres anyway so now you have a full set of tyres with good tread on your car :D :thumleft:

    The more you know

The tyres are a bonus, but I'm probably going to put a set of nice rims on it later anyway.

No worries. I'm sure you'd be able to sell the rims easily, we love optional extra things here on FTOAU

Congratulations on the buy. I was about 2 seconds away from buying that car.

Haha, I was originally going to buy it for my project and when I went down there to look at it, I went down with Fraz who was also towing a black one down with a seized engine that dstocks had bought.

When we got it down there I decided I wanted the black one (because it saved me doing a manual conversion and I had a silver one previously). So we swapped the rims because Dwayne wanted the tyres on the silver one and I liked the rims on the silver one. And here we are

    Hi guys.

    The car is now SOLD.

It's turned out to be everything I expected it to be. There's a few minor issues to contend with, some I had to find out myself (eg central locking motor in the passenger side door) but all in all I'm very happy.

I'd like to thank Dwayne for all his help and work to get the logistics organised. He's been a big help.

I look forward to driving this bad boy and working on it. Expect me to be on the forums with my questions and requests for help in the future.

    Thanks again

I'm almost home. I'll send you a list of issues and you can probably hit me up with some parts, but really it's only minor sh*t, otherwise the car runs beautifully.

      Cheers. :)
