    Have the Daihatsu as a daily and need to make room for the RX7 and replenish bank account.

    As much as I loved building the FTO and how much I enjoy driving it, they're just too underpowered for me now.. I have my full license now and was after something faster and not front wheel drive. Just getting kinda bored with it.

    Maybe I should sell my FTO too, it only sits in the shed now.
    Gets driven once a month just to keep it fresh.

    Hmmmm....Sell FTO and buy a shed to put FTO in....Oh wait 8O

    Anymore info on car please ? Sorry not reading through a 34page thread

    Any problems that need to be addressed?
    Has it been tuned or run in properly etc and tested afterwards ?
    Anything that needs attention in the near future ?

    Cheers.

    Engine = Great
    Body = Average
    Roof = Has slight rust

    That is all I can remember him saying... Have seen the car many a times, and seems to look quite good considering.
    I just had to add it ......

    Lazy :lol:

    Anyway.. needs front and rear sway bar bushes (good excuse to upgrade). Has standard roof rust. Paint on D/S/R B pillar and boot are faded (come up OK after a detail though)

    No tune, it's on standard mivec ECU. Was run in properly. Tested for...?

    Not really. Needs tyres but I have a set of 4 Federal 595SS to go on anyway.

    Thanks rock_it and Daniel2019.. lemme have a good think about it and i'll make contact soon if i decide this is the way.

    Essentially, if it gets bought...it's going to get stripped hard and then raced lol... prolly not the fate you were looking for it haha :lol:

    Actually I hope you do. It's got over 5 grand worth of brand new engine with ported heads. Already has slotted and dimpled rotors with EBC reds all around and a freshly built gearbox. That was originally my plan for it but just never got around to actually getting it to the track... its pretty much ready to go.

    I would love nothing more than to see it turned into a dedicated track car :twisted:
