Acrylic, because it is easier to play with after you paint.

My first try out with my GoPro Hero3 Black Edition...

It is full HD, feel free to watch it in full screen :D

Any ideas on how to reduce the wind noise on the second camera position?

Have been doing some work to my intake manifold.
I decided it was time for a polish.
It took me 30 hours to get to the stage I am at now.
I'm still deciding if I want to paint the recess under the words and the small section of pipes in front of the words with red metalcast?

The steps I took...
1. Remove manifold from car
2. Clean manifold with brake clean
3. Start the polish process with wire spindle brushes on the drill (8 hours)
4. Clean up the deep recesses with a small file on the drill
5. Sand all sections I wanted mirror finish with 120 grit wet & dry paper (dry) (10 hours)
6. Sand with 400 grit (wet)(4 hours), 800 grit (wet) (2 hours), 1200 grit (wet) (1 hour), 1500 grit (wet) (45 mins), 2000 grit (wet) (30 mins)
7. Buff all sanded sections with medium buffing wheel and compound (2 hours)
8. Buff all buffed sections with fine buffing wheel and compound (2 hours).
9. ???
