Alrighty then this is the final update for work carried out in 2013

So what got done
Front brake upgrade complete and working running a 324mm x 30mm 33gtr rotor wrx sti 4 pot calipers with bendiex ultimate pads. Dad had to make an adaptor plate to make them work and other little bits but I can actually brake now and well. Plans on rears, yes they will get done as well in time.

Next new suede recaro seats ( no not real unfortunately but cool )
Dad and I use the old runners off the standard seats so they can move forward and back and they can recline as well so that was a win win. Pretty comfortable as I just drove to qld.

All the interior was fixed that studip metal plate dad made for me to replace the stereo surround is gone and thanks to dstocks I have a new one as well as a new floor surround (mine was cracked), new suede steering wheel deep dish 350mm and a carbon fiber gear knob with H pattern. So this was more a tidy up then anything.

I dont know if anyone saw the point at to which my boot got to but it was sh*t not floor no space saver two amps just rolling around no carpet just it was bad now
Dad made a complete new floor as u can see with a cutout of the space saver then cut in half again put hinges on it so I dont have to rip the whole floor up to get to it if need be. Sound system re wired newish amps and sub all back in, new carpet, new battery (yellow top), and a cover for it oh and the battery is held down by velcro strips so its kinda secure :p

Installed rear megan camber and toe arms and replaced a wheel bearing in the drivers side was flogged out

Finally I bought shanes intakes and installed one looks good sounds good just gotta make a plate up to protect it from water if it rains which luckly it hasnt yet

Only thing that didn't get done
Complete dstock body kit and respray (due to dad not having the tools and time)

So thats all for now still more to come in 2014 it will get this kit on and sprayed this yr :)

Careful you dont hang that air filter too low mate, going over puddles and stuff probably wouldnt do you any good.

Personally I'd actually just shorten the intake rather than putting a plate there. If you go through a deep puddle (theres a few that are around my area when it rains) then its better off being high rather than shielded. Just a suggestion, Phil did the same thing. Whatever tickles your pickle
