My second love ZFL45H

Post by ZFL45H1 »

So I've been a member of this site for about 1.5 yrs I think and I have decided to show my second love (behind my girlfriend of 5 yrs) LOL
So she was stock when I got her besides exhaust, rims and pod filter that's it's. Now I have had my FTO for 2+ yrs and now I have done nearly everything imaginable my dad and I (father son bonding days lol) we rebuilt the engine painted near all of the engine bored out intake manifold bought bc coilovers replaced the gearbox (as I have two FTO) all the front end like bushes and wheel bearings try to do the rear end the same as front, sound system still in progress few painted interior bits here and there interior neons and some other stuff I can't think of everything right now but thats so far.
As much pain and drama my car has cause for me I still wouldn't change it for the world I love my car and this forum is like a big family of FTO enthusiast

Will post some pic very soon thanks for everyone's help so far and in the future
gotta get there one day :)

Wow, very impressive!! Any future plans for it apart from what's already been done?

Solid effort!! :)

Looks good mate.

Do you ever come up to Newcastle? Because I think I have seen your car around a few times.

Wanted to do something like that myself.
Turned out quite well from how you've done yours!
Meanwhile, our battery is still in the engine bay, and not moving!

Ok guys update on my Fto I have a name for her so I'll just call her by her name Torrie anyway Torrie finally has a sound system after 3+ months of not have installed it lol
So this is want went in
2xvifa 5" speakers in the front with splits and twitters Image(this is one of the 5" speakers)
2x 6x9 response speakers in the back no photo (forgot haha)
2x 4x100 response amps Image(again only one)
And for the bass 2x8" subs by vifa I think can't remember haha.
So that's whats in now for how I did mostly just a pic presentation
Starter with the box for the subs mounted in behind the rear seats like so ImageImageImage
Cut the seat out so bass came through
Next was the box for the subs and the back wall which holds the amps as well like a so ImageImageImage
Now for some carpet Image
And hide the wiring
Image
And I'm done 3 days later starting from 7 till 5 every day I was committed :):):):):):)
Only photo I forgot was the finished product I will take one tomorrow

So happy I got music I was smiling from ear to ear and laughing
gotta get there one day :)
