First thing I'd do when u do a respray is put a wing on
With rims u would better to stick with 17's as 18's are a pain if u get the wrong ones and if u lower it it will look good as for exhaust I have one I just took off my car I'll get the specs of it tomorrow
gotta get there one day :)

Others might disagree....But +1 on adding a wing

You can come to the mini-bonfire next weekend and pick it up
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

BTW, WTTC, Cool FTO 8)
To me it looks like the bumper has to come up, but it's a bit hard to tell from the pics. Could have had a bump in the bumper and a bodgy reline.

Welcome to the club mate!

Love your FTO, looks sweet :)

I recommend getting a wing shortly, unless you want those holes to rust out!

Loving those LEDs, looks real nice 8) Looks very nicely kept as well!

ive got brand new king springs in the box ready to go on but i need to get new front shocks, i can only get these 2 from the u.k on ebay for $200 each +$150 postage. is there any available in aus for cheaper???
Yep, you can get them cheaper. Youll be wanting KYB Excel G's. Should be able to order them from almost anyone. Part numbers are in the aftermarket parts thread.
the gap between the bonnet and the bumper wats the go with that!!@#$$ does the bumper need to go up or bonnet come down?
loosen the 2 x 10mm bolts on that join the front bar to the car between the headlights (youll see them when you open the bonnet). While lifting the front bar, tighten the bolts. The gap should close a bit. If that doesnt work, you may need to make the holes in the bracket a little wider.
i read about peeps having extractors and some other things but where the hell can i get them?
RPW in WA have extractors. You should also be able to source hurricane ones (do a search on the forum)

Oh and Welcome to the club

nice car mate, about that exhaust, was it a full system or cat back, if not full exhaust its pretty steep, give your local exhaust shops a ring around and get a few quotes done, i did with mine and i don't regret it for a minute :)

also keep the spoiler off unless you find a gpvr spoiler :)

Local exhaust shop will do one for you for a much better price (if you are just after cat-back).
Go 2.5", sports muffler, to twin tips :) Sounds sweeet :)

Yes, use the search button here, OR, look in the aftermarket parts thread - carpartsaustralia.com.au does them for a nice price :)
destinationtoby wrote: are the 17's good or do people recommend 18"s for a better look?

    17s are sweet :)

im going to have it resprayed a bright silver.
boost it when i get off my greens in 3months.
a full brake upgrade with slotted rotors etc.
thats all i feel a can do! :( i read about peeps having extractors and some other things but where the hell can i get them? i want to get the most power out of the mivec as possible...
    everyones opinion welcome,haters,lovers whoever.
    thats all folks.
    thanks.
 at plans, start simple first. air in, air out. (intake, headers, exhaust)
Also, if you don't have one already, - put a pod on it, not a whole lot of gain, but once you hear MIVEC with it, you will NEVER go back..
