Project: Trailer. (The Lawso)

Post by Astron_Boy »

We have Boxy, the FTrailerO.

But now it's time to begin construction of the FTO Trailer.

I hereby name this trailer to be.
The Lawso.

As it currently lays.
Some parts to be removed.

Rough idea. Tossing up for boot hatch, or not (with cut off)

I do have images... somewhere, too many computers.

Expect to see half an FTO on an A-frame.
Still tossing up how to do the tail-gate, if at all.

Updated first post with image I made a while ago.
    Gives a rough idea.

Given the rear hips, I either elimate those completely, and square the top off, or I leave them on.
The spoiler is simply to show the angle better.

Vectose came by on Saturday and gave me a hand with the new reciprocating saw.
Removed majority of the gear left in the rear, 'b pillar' back.
Also installed the old left side tail light which will do for now.

Are you really going to cut it in half? Looks like a really good condition fto :(
Because nothing is faster than a p plater in a commodore.....
except maybe a p plater on a unicorn

Want to see the bent rail?

It's a statutory write off, so it's either a trailer, or cutlery.
Or in this case, 50/50

Oh, and there is actually quite a bit of rust throughout it.
    Even in the rear end.
