Loot at that beauty!! Just realised it has a rear windscreen wiper as well..!

Just got the number plate,, green slip and rego just costed me another 1400..

So all up,

CAR: 1500
Tranportation: 980
Workshop: 4700
blue& green slip & rego 12month +paperwork: 1400.

All up: $8600. so far..

I will swap the rear wings, wheels.. give it a good polish & general wash, install 7"in screen Head unit, amp and sub and will be on the market..
I'd like to get the most money back but it's just not going to happen.

I'd be happy if I can get around 5-6g back... I will post proper pictures once I get it to the presentable state, let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks guys.

Yeah, if you got all that done, then I'd swap the engines.

You can if you buy my GPvR

I’m happy with my factory engine in GPX honestly. Its only done 85,000km (history checks out too) and rebuilt engine doesn’t mean much to me. If I wanted a new engine and a car I could have just gone and bought new brz or something.. seriously..

I think this is where my background doing up classic cars comes through,, Generally the original state of the car is worth lot more than rebuilt/ repainted cars even though it performs and looks new.

I wouldn't mind adding some value on vR too.

So I brought my GPvR home for the first time. It rides like a rocket. Feels awesome to finally have both cars at the same place at the same time.

I'll need to tidy up my garage so I can get them off the street.

Now it's GPX's turn for service and general maintenance.

Once GPX comes out of the garage grooming and detailing starts!

Got both my ftos from the shop.
All I gotta do is to detail and sell on the gpvr. Once its ready ill put it up on sales section of the forum.

Rear wing will be replaced to gpx and will install side skirt to gpvr.

Will also sell the wheels (good thread) or swap with others with cash difference. Let me know if anyones interested!

Took the bumpers out to take care of wirings and check rust on bolts etc

Hold out for a good price on the GPvR when you go to sell it man! Especially with all the work that's gone into it. Unless you need the money urgently or something.

FTO market is pretty grim, definitely only settle for a good price on the vR...

I've just noticed today the seat height between GPX & GPVR.

Are you sure?
I have a vague recollection about someone saying the vR seats are designed slightly differently.
