Would someone be able to give me a hand trying to work out why my car randomly heats up to 3/4?

I'll be changing my inner tie rods, steering boots, rack bush and hopefully resealing the sump given I can get the downpipe off.

Bringing my jack, stands, ratchet spanners, 1/4 socket set, torque wrench, impact wrench, heaps of degreaser and all associated parts. Feel free to borrow whatever you need to use.
