Joe and Riks, still good

Post by Dr_Jones »

Hi guys, bit of a blast from the past posting here. I need some work done on my GTO, quite possibly looking at major service at the same time. I haven't been to Joe and Riks for many moons, are they still the go to place? Happy to hear other suggestions.

Generally okay especially if you're looking to do major service (timing belt, etc) or some big jobs. Many qld'ers will vouch for their works done on their fto.

You might want to ask for quote on the job as they usually charge on the high side but nothing too absurd.

Heard a story on them being dodgy as in swapping parts between customer's car.

I've had work done there in the past but it was a while ago when I still had an FTO. Has anyone been to 999 automotive?
