Monthly Meet N Greet

Post by SEEMYFTO »

Hi guys! I think it would be great to have a monthly meet up, and seeing as I missed todays, who would be interested in perhaps cruising down to The Spit on the 1st (Saturday) or 2nd (Sunday)???

I'd be keen. Seeing as though I've made it to 1 since 2003.

with enough notice, I'd be keen to catch up with everyone again. ...I'll be in the Golf though.

Matt is right, there will be other spots more than just the spit, but also keep in mind any cruise we might organise through the mountains will always be littered with haters, cops and sunday drivers. The spit sounds like a good enough place as any for the first meet.

(This gets mentioned pretty much every time we talk about having more regular meets, but never gets anywhere... because we're lazy lol, but...) would be good to rotate through where we have the meets. i.e. GC one month, Bris next, further north after.

the down side of a cruise is the set time (where as a DIY/BBQ thing ppl can rock up anytime through the day... i.e. I showed up at 2pm lol)

I'll start the list:

EOI for either day, and guess we'll decide on which day later

Can do Saturday:
1. Borepyano
2.
3.
4.
5.

Can do Sunday:
1. Borepyano
2.
3.
4.
5.

I'm good for either day too...keeping a track of the meets is a good idea...we could even do a DIY day and a cruise day in the same month???
