DIY (DIT) Day MAY

Post by vipfto »

Alrighty guys think its time for of these DIY day or I should say DIT (Do It Tim) day

Next month is good prob best to work around Kiz due to the distance he has to travel. Has to be a Sunday preferable or Saturday with plenty of notice for myself. We can do at my place seeing as I have all the gear and we all know where it is, or if someone else has more room to work with and can help wtih transport of tools can go there :D

So start posting up what you want done and will see if viable for time amongst you all and so I can let you know what parts ya gonna be needing 8)

And NO Jack will not be doing your timing belt that day we can sort that another time if your willing to drop off your car for a day maybe next time I have some holidays where i dont go away ;)

Hahahah, great name haha.

I don't have plans to be down in Adelaide for my course again until the start of June. Which means set a date and i'll be there ;). But gotta know a fortnight in advance so I can sort out leave from work. 20th or 27th look good.

I'll find out what I need done. Will look into that problem i'm having and if it is the alternator then hopefully I manage to get one before then :)

My belt's behaving now, we're all good!

- Investigate rattle in wheel (if not found already)
- Oil & Filter Change
- Radiator Flush
- Adjust my front bumper?

...Yeah that's pretty much it.

DIT day sounds like fun ;) I'll supply music and KFC.

We still need to decide a date, 20th May is no good for me though at the moment. Plans may change all depends on work.

As for stuff to do to my car well, haven't decided yet ;). But an alternator MAY be on the agenda but we'll see, and Tim may hate me for it haha

27th of May is no longer good for me... If that is the chosen date then i'm out but I am down in Adelaide the 4th of June which is a week after so I can be there for the 3rd?? Up to you guys, not telling you to change dates because of me ;)

I'm flexible man, just give me a date and I'll be there! Will have to swap cars at some point throughout the day as we can only bring one car at a time, I just realized that...So I'll be absent for half an hour while we take one car back and grab the other!
