Well the offer is there if you need help Thursday. I've been up that way but not for awhile. I know what it's like to live more than 2 hours away from everyone else ;)

That would be awsome, I will pay for your fuel and lunch (and dinner).
+1
Can also come down.
But really, I find it a bit hard to ask for help from you SA guys as you live 2.5-3 hours away and I haven't even met any of you yet.

EDIT: ....and I prefer to give help than to receive help

Hi I'm Phil, move my sh*t

Kthanks

Shenal's already taken the originality of that one.

At the moment I'm in favour of darker blues, gunmetals, that sorta thing. Although I have contemplated more unusual colours like orange, or uncommon like yellow. All this accompanied by a full Dstocks kit and a vR wing. Gonna be scraping all over the place with the clearance though.

Hey phil, how'd you find the Hay Plains? Last time I drove across it was at night with an electrical storm. Wish we could have stopped, but had to get to mildura by 11pm :/
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

until then:
1. 2001 Merc-Benz A160 (porta-loo on wheels)
2. 2007 Peugeot 307 TDi (more fun than you'd expect)
3. 2009 Mitsubishi Triton Di-D (a monster in its own right)
4. 1992 Nissan NX Coupe (club car and project car)
5. 1996 Holden SB Barina - "The Nugget"
6. 1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Sport - The Budget Build
7. 2010 Toyota Landcruiser 76 Series - V8 Goodness... - Build coming soon.
8. 1990 Audi 90 manual - The delightfully dignified daily driver

The Hay Plains were OK, we stopped at a few rest stops going through there to break up the drive. It was very windy at the Hay Plain rest stops too. All our driving was done in the day.
We really liked the SA outback more, it was a lot prettier from Berri to Southern Flinders Ranges and we saw a flock of about 15 emu's running accross a field.

This pic was taken on the Hay Plains...

I have others to at the same rest stop that I haven't posted.
