Should have called it "The ultimate kitchen appliance".
Does look sweet meanwhile, and then there's the engine.

Re: 12 ROTOR MONSTER! Be jelly!
Engine doesnt really matter when it comes to the top speed records, and the Bugatti Veyron is a good example - is all about aero.
The veryron is more than capable of getting to greater speed but the aero on it prevents this, with the designers saying that it is near impossible to get any more aero on the thing, and this is on a 16 cylinders and 4 turbos.
It all comes back to E=mc2 actually.
Still be interesting to see what the results are.

Re: 12 ROTOR MONSTER! Be jelly!
To make myself feel smart, ill explain why
E=mc2 states that it is impossible to achieve the speed of light.
Through the same principles the faster you go, it is exponentially tougher to achieve a higher speed, and beyond whats already achieved it will be ridiculously hard to get anything more out of todays current understanding of aero
The faster you go the more you weigh, the more resistance you have.
Think of folding a piece of paper 7 times. Doesnt matter what paper you start out with or how big it is, it is (unrealistically) achievable to fold it any more.

a) i never bet any money
b) im well aware of mythbusters when they did this, which is why i said 'unrealistically' i mean who has that amount of thin sheeting and what was it those giant machines for compacting concrete into the ground.
My point still stands and is still valid.

I really hope that motor protrudes from whichever hood it's stowed beneath, otherwise all those aerodynamics and chrome dipped components will go to waste!

I'm interested to see what this would get out of it .
And it would look good sitting in the engine bay.
