i think i remember which bits steve gave you at wakefield and the hoses were...

silicon hose(i think you both got blue ones...) is from pod->engine
the corrogated hose is the cold air feed which you send down to the front bar....

with the GR's they dont use the silicon hose due to the MAS sensor, and instead use the same/similar hose as what the cold air feed hose is.....
(thus reducing its prettyness and effectivness somewhat i would imagine)

and
Silicon hose - For the Cold air feed pipe?

is that it?>

My guess is that smorison has been very busy with the Mallacoota trip, the club launch, and moving the web server and hasn't gotten around to organising the new pipes... either that, or he ran off to Mexico with all our money

Hello,

Sorry but I have been out of it for a while.

I need to change my air filter but the one I bought from K&N is only a 3" filter but obviously I can't use the standard air intake pipe. So I need to change the pipe and the filter as well.

Give me what options I have in changing these..

I want to change the pipe, the filter and the heat shield.

What kind of prices am I looking at for these?

And if I am going to replace the pipe, do I need to relocate the battery?

If there are any other pics, please post and do I have to go through the FTO shop to purchse these or direct from UAS?

Thanks,

there is a DIY job, posted on the site to do this.... the guy bought a 3inch piping and it looks great, or purchase through UAS and everything is a direct bolt on....

you dont need to move the battery with either purchase, its just a straight replacement

Pretty please?

How much interest are making off our payments anyway? :P

Do I have to send the boys around?

Just gave UAS a call. They told me that they got 2 more of the black intake pipes and are expecting the rest of them shortly. But I asked to change mine to blue anyways so that I can get it mailed to me ASAP.
