Forgot to post a video demonstrating the new exhaust note, so here's a belated one. Sounds so much better! Glad the thing actually starts now... Got a bit worried for a week haha

Sounds very interesting now, it was stolen the other night

...Don't know how the f**k they managed it. Ripped the dash to pieces, wires everywhere. Car got 100m up the road before it died as I left the fuel pump switched off :troll:

...So they smashed all the glass and pissed on the seats.

UNIMPRESSED.

Should also add that because it's been off the road all year and since I lost my job, it was uninsured.

Anybody have any passion red rear bumpers, front fenders, bonnets, doors or glass they want to donate? :(

Ouch, that's sh*t. Had people throw a wine bottle through the rear window of my parents MPV the first time my brother borrowed it.

We're still finding glass, and that happened the beginning of last year.

It happens everywhere, my Exa was stripped in my font yard while I slept 5m away. They couldn't break the steering lock so they stripped and trashed it where it sat. :x

I'm just bloody thankful I still have the Black FTO sitting there... Was so close to just taking it to a used car dealer but now I think she'll stay :P

ell there's a passion red FTO at a nearby wreckers, and I just about limited my credit card buying new glass, seats (amazingly exactly like mine) and various other bits and pieces. Having a mate come around and fit them with me tomorrow, starting with the glass.

How do I install the new glass into the existing doors and winding mechanism? This is going to be a bitch of a job...

Rubber seal pretty much holds it in place... The driver and passenger window will have a clamp at the bottom.. Think that is it.

My mate had a device, which was like a piece of string and a handle, and it was used to go under the seal of the windows, and pull the glass out. Took us minutes to take all the glass (including the glass on the Xtra Cab section) of my Hilux. Was a piece of piss...
I just had to add it ......
