I bought this from them was damaged in transit, had to repair and repaint standard black colour cost as much as original product. My advise DO NOT ship body parts international

They will apparently ship it in a wooden crate. There will be a few so it would be quite large.

In all seriousness though, we could ask for pellets/extra wrapping or to label it fragile or something?

I wonder how many times that's happened, surely they'd have a few complaints..

It would be good to have that peace of mind.

Not sure where mine was damaged in shipping or via courier in aus. Was labelled fragile but company had no retun policy on damaged freight items. But if you organise own freight sure you could get insurance provided suplier will let you do so

So...today a little bird told me this company is bad news, damaged items for a fair few people apparently for all sorts of body parts. I'm not sure whether it's worth backing out entirely but I thought I'd mention even to stress alternative freight arrangements.

Can the wing come disassembled? Would the centre post be screwed or glued in?

May be an easier/safer option to ship them in pieces (if possible) rather than shipping them 'into' pieces?

Just sayin

I think people are after some assurance that the product while arrive still intact.
