well I'd like to travel as a group if I go
I'm prepared to make a longer drive there and then straight home the day after recovering from the bonfire i.e.; legal to drive and had enough sleep.
Leaving Thursday would allow time. Or start early Friday?

Happy to go with whatever people prefer. Is a non-saturday-working weekend for me which is great, so getting Thurs/Friday off should be alright.
