Sydney Auto Salon - 5/6th May

Post by tarkus »

Hya Guys

as some of you will know the Vic section have entered Auto Salon this year. It looks like we have 10 cars entered.

If any of you want to enter the Sydney Auto Salon, as a club I am willing to come up and join you.

I will ask the other Vic members if any more are interested.

You will need 6 cars to enter as a club, so counting myself you need another 5 cars.

What about it :?:

Are you going to let Victoria beat you again

hope to hear from you Tarkus (the old fart rocks)

I think that most of the Vic guys have agreed they will enter as it will be a good road trip. We should get about 6 of the 10 currently entered. IF NSW gets about 10 this equals a big stand.

Its not about looking good mate, its about club promotion... no-one cares when the cars looks 'used' - thats the way it should be with a club environment, we love the cars & drive 'em as such  I've got that lovely rust lump symmetry in a line across my roof now I aint doin' a damn thing about that yet!

I should be good for this, just gotta check with the chief on those dates :D

just for your info we hope to organise a crusie for this up to NSW with at least 6 ppl. We will talk more on our Monday Vic meeting.

No more gheness about chips and stuff no1 cares promote your club or forever rest in peace...

It would be rather intresting if at the NSW AS it was filled with Vic FTO members.

Ben can we talk to the ACT guys and dstocks...fark he could make his own stand?

I excpet all the post whores to get off their arse and actually support the club they always say they love.

And so KJ throws down the gauntlet

Tough forum talk mate, but getting the kids there is another issue. Rest assured, there are no ACT kids anymore (Dwayne aside). We have to staff it from Syd. I'll keep up the interest & see what happens

totally understand...its quite hard we know that!

yeah I will get back to you after monday. Tarkus and I have discussed this with a few members here which seem keen as it would be a great weekend away.

It was hard for us to get 10...2 from interstate so we thought if we could supply 5-6 NSW should be able to make up another 5 at least.
