wats the difference between these ones and the ones that are KMPh on ebay??

The KpH ones on ebay if you're talking about the ones I think you're talking about - aren't 'EL' dials - meaning they are either powered by your stock dash lights, or led's..
Go for the 180 MpH 'EL' glow face dials on ebay - the numbers are in the right place, it's just got MpH instead of KpH - but they look awesome.
